It has to be Safari: other browsers on iPhone can't add the app to the Home Screen.

Tap “Share”
The square with an up arrow at the bottom of the screen, then “Add to Home Screen” and “Add”.

Open from the Home Screen
A “Wardrobe” icon will appear. Sign in and start adding clothes.
